Affiliate Program Commission Statement (“Commission Terms”)

1. Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Revenue

We will pay Standard Program Commissions described in connection with “Qualifying Purchases”, which (subject to the exclusions described in this Commission Statement) occur when:

(a) customer clicks through your Special Link on your Site to our Essential Stencil site; and

(b) during a single session, which is measured as beginning when our customer clicks through that Special Link and ending upon the first to occur of the following: 

(x) 30 days elapse from that click   (y) customer places an order for a Product, or   (z) customer follows a Special Link to our Essential Stencil site that is not your Special Link (a “Session”), any of the following happens:

i. customer purchases a Product by adding a Product to his or her shopping cart and completing the order for that Product no later than 30 days after their initial click-through of the Special Link

(c) customer actually receives and pays for such Product.

For each Qualifying Purchase, the corresponding “Qualifying Revenue” is equal to the amount we actually receive from that Qualifying Purchase, less any shipping charges, gift-wrapping fees, taxes, service charges, discounts, credit card processing fees, and bad debt.

2. Disqualified Purchases

No Program commissions are payable for a purchase that is not correctly tracked or reported because the links from your Site to our Essential Stencil Site are not properly formatted, or for a purchase through a Special Link that violates the terms of the Program Documents.

Additionally, the following purchases that would otherwise be Qualified Purchases are disqualified and excluded from our Affiliate Program if:

(a) any Product purchased after termination of your Affiliate agreement

(b) any Product order where a cancellation, return, or refund has been initiated

3. Standard Program Base commission

Subject to the limitations described in this Commission Statement and compliance with the Affiliate Program Agreement, we will pay you standard commission described in section (”Base Commission”), calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenue, as follows:

For Qualifying Purchases of Products specified the Standard Program Commissions accrued will be the corresponding fixed rate of Qualifying Revenue specified.

4. Program Commission Reporting and Payment

See summary of earned Affiliate Commissions in your Refersion Dashboard under reporting tab.

We will pay Standard Affiliate Commissions approximately 15 days following the end of each calendar month in which they were earned. (ex. Payment for entire month of January will be paid on February 15th) to allow for customer refunds if applicable to be calculated.

Ambassadors enrolled prior to April 13, 2026 will remain grandfathered into the commission structure applicable to them prior to that date. All current Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions, including the Ambassador Participation Policy, apply to all Ambassadors regardless of enrollment date.

Option 1: PayPal Payment:

We will send funds to PayPal account associated with the email used to register for our Affiliate Program.

Option 2: Essential Stencil Gift Card:

 We will send you gift cards in the amount of the commissions you earn to the primary email address on your registered affiliate account. These gift cards are redeemable for products on essentialstencil.com

5. Ambassador Participation Policy

Essential Stencil Ambassadors are selected to represent our brand by inspiring the crafting community through authentic, high-quality content and positive engagement. Participation in the Ambassador Program is a privilege and may be modified or revoked at any time at Essential Stencil's discretion.

Complimentary Products

From time to time, Essential Stencil may provide complimentary products, including new and unreleased collections, to Ambassadors for the purpose of creating content and promoting the Essential Stencil brand.

Complimentary products are provided for promotional and content-creation purposes and are not intended for resale.

Ambassadors agree that complimentary products may not be:

-Sold or offered for sale on any marketplace or social platform (including Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, Mercari, Whatnot, or similar platforms);

-Auctioned, traded, bartered, or exchanged for goods or services;

-Given away without prior written approval from Essential Stencil; or

-Used for any commercial purpose other than promoting Essential Stencil.

If an Ambassador no longer wishes to keep complimentary products, they should contact Essential Stencil before transferring or disposing of them.

Any Ambassador found to be reselling complimentary products will immediately become ineligible to receive future complimentary products and may be removed from the Essential Stencil Ambassador Program.

These restrictions do not prohibit Ambassadors from selling finished craft projects they create using Essential Stencil products.

Content Expectations

Complimentary products are provided with the expectation that Ambassadors will actively create and share content featuring the products they receive.

Content expectations may vary by campaign but can include:

-Reels or short-form videos

-Facebook or Instagram posts

-Live demonstrations

-Process videos

-Finished project photos

Ambassadors who repeatedly accept complimentary products without producing the requested content or who fail to participate in agreed-upon campaigns may no longer be eligible to receive complimentary products or participate in future launches.

Confidential Product Launches

Ambassadors may occasionally receive products before they are available to the public.

Unless otherwise authorized in writing by Essential Stencil, Ambassadors may not:

-Share photos or videos of unreleased products;

-Reveal product names, designs, pricing, or collection details;

-Publish content before the official sneak peek or launch date communicated by Essential Stencil.

Failure to follow launch dates or confidentiality instructions may result in removal from future campaigns or the Ambassador Program.

Program Participation

To remain in good standing, Ambassadors are expected to:

-Maintain an active public social media presence.

-Continue creating crafting-related content.

-Clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Essential Stencil when promoting or endorsing Essential Stencil products, including when receiving complimentary products, commissions, discounts, or other benefits.

-Represent Essential Stencil in a respectful and professional manner.

Essential Stencil reserves the right to review Ambassador activity and participation on an ongoing basis.

Self-Purchases and Use of Ambassador Links or Promo Codes

Ambassadors may not use their own affiliate link, referral link, or Ambassador promo code when making personal purchases from Essential Stencil.

Ambassador links and promo codes are intended to be shared with customers and followers for the purpose of generating referred sales and are not intended to provide Ambassadors with a personal discount or commission on their own purchases.

Any order placed by an Ambassador using their own affiliate link or promo code will be considered a Disqualified Purchase and will not be eligible for commission.

Repeated or intentional misuse of an Ambassador link or promo code may result in the loss of commissions, Ambassador benefits, or removal from the Essential Stencil Ambassador Program.

Right to Remove

Essential Stencil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate an Ambassador's participation in the program at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

-Reselling complimentary products;

-Failure to fulfill content commitments;

-Sharing confidential or unreleased product information;

-Inactivity or lack of participation;

-Misrepresentation of the Essential Stencil brand;

-Conduct that may negatively impact the reputation of Essential Stencil or the Ambassador Program.

Removal from the Ambassador Program may include the loss of complimentary products, future campaign invitations, affiliate privileges, commission eligibility, and any Ambassador-exclusive benefits.

Essential Stencil respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when applying for or participating in our Ambassador Program.

Information We Collect

When you apply for or participate in the Essential Stencil Ambassador Program, we may collect information including:

-Your name

-Email address

-Mailing and shipping address

-Social media usernames and profile links

-PayPal email address or other payment information necessary for commission payments

-Referral and commission performance data

-Any additional information you voluntarily provide during the application process or while participating in the program

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

-Review and process Ambassador applications.

-Communicate with you regarding your application, campaigns, promotions, and program updates.

-Ship complimentary products.

-Track affiliate referrals and commissions.

-Process commission payments.

-Administer and improve the Essential Stencil Ambassador Program.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the Ambassador Program, including affiliate management, payment processing, ecommerce, email marketing, and shipping providers. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information you provide. While no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, we strive to use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Essential Stencil may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted on this page. Your continued participation in the Ambassador Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
